To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. MyCyberMods reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our platform allows you to post builds, DIY guides, reviews, forum posts, and other content. By posting content, you grant MyCyberMods a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

MyCyberMods provides a marketplace for users to list upgrades, parts, and services. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. All transactions are between the parties involved, and MyCyberMods is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items or services.
All MyCyberMods branding, logos, design elements, and platform code are the property of MyCyberMods and may not be reproduced without written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the original creator, subject to the license granted in Section 3.
MyCyberMods provides a directory of third-party installers. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any installer listed on the platform. Users engage installers at their own risk. We encourage users to verify credentials, read reviews, and confirm insurance coverage before engaging any installer.
Events listed on MyCyberMods are organized by community members. MyCyberMods is not responsible for the organization, safety, or outcome of any event. Attendees participate at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution.
MyCyberMods is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Vehicle modifications carry inherent risks and may void manufacturer warranties — users proceed at their own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCyberMods and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
