FSD 13.2 — Cybertruck specific improvements

Just got FSD 13.2 pushed to my CT. Notable improvements:

1. **Lane changes are much smoother** — no more jerky motions

2. **Construction zone handling** vastly improved

3. **Parking lot navigation** finally works in tight spaces

4. Speed limit detection seems more accurate

Anyone else getting this update?
